  • Getting the right people with the right skills is crucial to delivering the quality that clients require. The Astins Institute has developed a system called the '85 Point Plan' to do that. It is a tool that enables Astins to assess the core skills and competency of individuals as they relate to the needs of each job. And it provides the ability to ensure quality is top of the agenda across the company.

    The '85 Point Plan' is based upon the pioneering work of the automotive industry in Japan. It gives Astins a robust process which forms the basis of it's quality assurance work and also allows complete evaluation of training effectiveness on both group and individual bases. It also provides feedback data to help further enhance future training programmes.
