The Astins Institute represents a significant investment of resource for Astins which reflects it's fundamental commitment to training. Since it's launch, the Astins Institute has set and run an apprenticeship programme with an annual intake of ten. It has also provided thousands of hours of skills development training for it's existing people and also for it's clients.
At the centre of it's commitment to training is Astins belief that training pays. It already has evidence of the quality and productivity returns that can arise and we will be working with our partners to provide evidence of this to the industry. The company's dedication to training extends beyond it's own personal interest. It is committed to the contribution that training can make to the improvement of society at large.
